Srinagar, November 11: The owner of Malik Hardware Store located in the Maisuma Locality of Srinagar has alleged that the landlord of the establishment has occupied the air space by way of constructing a Warandah, which is very dangerous to the life and property.

Despite communication of same to the Ward officer he has lend a deaf ear and now complainant has approached senior SMC authority.

Malik Hardware Store owner Rashied Ahmad Malik has made it clear that if God forbid some untoward happens to his life and shop a penalty of Rs .100 crore shall be imposed on Srinagar Municipal Corporate ,which should be paid to family for sentence.

He has also approached police and anti Corruption bureau with FIR copy of as to how the encroachers were allowed to encroach.

According to ground reports, the ward officer of the area has two wards Under him ward 2 and ward 5 , and realities call on Lessing the load and having same person for is hectic .

Bashir Ahmad Sheikh Ward officer ward 5 holding additional charge to of Ward 2 has made it clear while talking to the Kashmir media Watch stated that this ward is his additional charge and he will tomorrow go to ground ascertain the facts and start demolishing if any violation has happened .
