Make Jamia Masjid chalo a success: Geelani, Mirwaiz, Malik to people

Srinagar, July 28: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) spokesman Thursday appealed to the people to make Friday, July 29 ‘Jamia Masjid Chalo’ programme already given by the unified resistance leaders, Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik a success by coming in large number towards Jama Masjid while maintaining discipline and unity .

In a statement issued to KMW, APHC spokesman reiterated that a complete shutdown would be observed across entire Kashmir while the resistance leaders and the freedom-loving people would pay tributes to more than 50 persons who were martyred at the hands of Indian forces in the recent uprising and pray for immediate recovery of thousands of injured persons.The day will be observed as Youm Tajdeed Ahad

Appealing all the freedom-loving people and resistance groups to ensure that the programme of the unified resistance leadership are implemented in their localities, the spokesman said they should beware of the anti-resistance forces and government agents and agencies who are trying inflitrate in our ranks to create discord among the people.

The spokesman also condemned the use of brute force by the Indian forces on the peaceful protests being brought out from different areas of Kashmir valley, arrests of the youth, and beating of Kashmiri traders, students and drivers specially incidents of attack outside the Valley.
