SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 30: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha today administered the oath to Kewal Kumar Sharma as State Election Commissioner.

Speaking on the occasion, the Lt Governor congratulated Kewal Kumar Sharma for his new appointment.
