Jammu, March 02: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha addressed the National Commission for Women’s event themed on ‘Celebrating Inspirational Women’ titled ‘Tu Bol’. The event organised in the run up to the International Women’s Day on 8th March was aimed to bring together women achievers to share their inspirational journey.
