Leopard wrecks havoc on livestock of Parvaiz Ahmad Bhogra at Khanmoh area

Srinagar, May 06: At Khanmoh Area of Pulwama District near TCI Cement , Dhudarpathri In the night of May 5, 2021 the leopard attacked herd of livestock of sheep and other cattle belonging to Paravaiz Ahmad Bhogra killing entire live stock .
The owner of the live stock stated that they were able to save their life barely but lost in lakhs the livestock . The attack from Leopard has left Parvaiz Ahmad Bhogra, Javed Kalser and other others leaving them economically distraught .

They have urged the authorities to give them compensation to the lost live stock .

Ten Sheep were killed on the spot in the first attack by the Leopard .

The live stock owner stated that for the first time the livestock was attacked in such a brazen way and as the leopard emerged most likely from the nearby village .

They have urged the wildlife authorities to ensure also that Leopard does not attack again.
