VISAKHAPATNAM: Splendid batting display by middle-order batsmen Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma helped India beat West Indies by five wickets in second One-day International here on Friday.
Kohli made 117 runs, his eighth ODI century, while his partner Sharma remained unbeaten on 90 as both added 163 runs for the fourth wicket.
Chasing 270, India were 84-3 when Kohli and Sharma came to steer India to their second successive victory over against the tourists.
Earlier, West Indies made 269 runs for nine wickets after Virender Sehwag won the toss and elected to field.
