SRINAGAR, AUGUST 14(KMW): Member of Legislative Council Khursheed Aalam on Monday made an extensive tour of various areas including Sheikh Colony, Kawa Mohallah, Baba Demb, Baba Dawood Khakhi of Khanyar constituency.
During his visit, the MLC took a detailed review of various ongoing developmental works in these areas.
The MLC asked the concerned to improve the drainage system and the carry out the repair work of various roads and alleys in Sheikhpora and announced Rs 3.5 lakh to carry out these works.

Mr. Alam also directed the concerned officers to complete the macdamization work at an earliest in the areas where the work is still pending.
He was accompanied by Municipality officers and officers from the concerned offices.
