KCCI calls for Kashmir bandh on Saturday against Rajouri incident

Srinagar July 23(KMW):The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), has called for Kashmir bandh on Saturday to express solidarity against the incident took place in Rajouri.

Issuing a statement on Thursday, the trade body has appealed all the socio-religious organisations to support the bandh call on July 25,in the interest of integrity of the state of J&K.

“The sordid and reprehensible disruptive events taking place in Rajouri have shaken the faith of people in general and the business fraternity in particular in the system of administration followed in the State of J&K,” the statement said.

The statement further said that the business fraternity condemned the forces who are bent upon disrupting the peace and drawings wedge between the communities who have the age old history of brotherhood and community living.
