JRL calls for Lal Chowk Challo to protest PM Modi’s JK visit on Saturday

Srinagar, May 15(KMW): Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL) comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and  Yasin Malik on Tuesday called for “Lal Chowk Challo” on Saturday to protest against the scheduled visit of Prime Minister Narendra Modi  to Jammu and Kashmir.

The JRL in a statement appealed people of the valley to march towards Srinagar Lal Chowk on May 19, to register their protest against Modi’s J&K visit.

Calling for shutdown on Saturday, JRL statement said they have appointed a six member Committee which will gather suggestions from all sections of the society on future course of action.
