JKYJA Invited For Pakistan Day Celebrations at Delhi Embassy

Srinagar: March 14(KMW): Jammu and Kashmir Young Journalist Association JKYJA President Ajaz War along with senior members have been invited by Pakistan High Commissioner to India to attend the upcoming republic day celebrations of Pakistan on 23 rd March at Delhi embassy.

In this regard, invitation letter was today received by the JKYJA President Ajaz War along with letter of appreciation of the writings being produced by JKYJA Members towards peace and prosperity in the South Asian region.

Ajaz War, President JKYJA Stated – “ We appreciate the invitation of Pakistan High Commissioner to Delhi to attend the republic day celebrations of the country and wish our best of luck to Pakistan for achieving peace and prosperity. We all should strive for peace in South Asia so that our region prospers in right direction.”
It is worth mentioning Pakistan has invited Hurriyat leaders to attend the ‘Pakistan Day’ function on March 23 in New Delhi, which will be observed at Pakistan embassy in the capital.

The invitation has been sent to both the factions of Hurriyat Conference, civil society members and some journalists.
