SRINAGAR: Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (J&K ERA) today started work on the construction of multilevel mechanized car parking facility in Srinagar city at Lal Chowk (KMDA Adda).
Work on the state of art multilevel car parking facility which is first of its kind in the State was today started in presence of Chief Executive Officer, J&K ERA, Mr. Saurabh Bhagat. The project is estimated to cost Rs. 26.75 crores and will be spread over an area of 3472 square meters and includes construction of five level automated puzzle type mechanized parking facility along with three storied commercial complex comprising of office space, public toilet and commercial space (shops) for rehabilitation of KMDA office and other shopkeepers presently existing at site.
