Srinagar: The coalition Government has ignored the people of the state and left them to fend for themselves by amassing people with diverse ideology who speak divergent ideologies resulting in lack of cohesion and uniformity of policy. This is being done to stay put in office and stick to power. The people of the state will lose faith in all the democratic institutions and Democracy by weakening the constitutional special status of the state.” This was stated by Muzaffar Shah, Sr. Vice President Awami National Conference. He further said that by submitting the three year report card to Delhi, the remaining autonomy has been compromised only to stay in power. It has become normal to ignore the basic needs of the people and black mail the central government with the protests. He has also cautioned the Central Government to be aware of the State Government of its manipulations.(KMW News)
