Srinagar, May 15: J&K Bank today felicitated one of its remarkable customers namely Mudasir Hussain Naqshbandi – founder of M/s Bake My Cake – for his inspiring entrepreneurial journey that recently saw him as sole representive from the Union Territory of J&K, and J&K Bank, during a live interaction with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi at the national event marking 10 years of PM Mudra Yojana.

In recognition of his participation in the prestigious event, the Bank’s General Manager (CAM) Ashutosh Sareen along with Zonal Head (Baramulla) Imtiyaz Ahmad Bhat and Deputy General Manager Rakesh Magotra presented a memento to him today at the Bank’s Zonal Office (Baramulla). The felicitation ceremony was attended by the Cluster Heads Sheikh Mohammad Muzaffar and Abdul Majeed Bhat besides other senior officials.

Speaking on the occasion, GM (CAM) Ashutosh Sareen said, “Mudasir’s journey is a shining example of how a determined entrepreneur with a vision can utilise timely credit to transform lives while inspiring many others. We at J&K Bank take immense pride in having supported his rise and remain committed to empowering many more such stories across the region.”

Notably, starting with a modest Mudra loan of ₹3 lakh under the Bank’s Start-Up Scheme in January 2022, Mudasir Naqshbandi’s credit support had grown sufficiently to enable his venture to scale operations and increase its workforce from 3 to over 40 employees.,
