J&K Bank commissions new CRM at SK Bridge in Poonch

Srinagar, Dec 13: Taking forward the ease-of-banking mission, J&K Bank today commissioned Cash Recycler Machine (CRM) inside the premises of its SK Bridge Branch in Poonch district. With the addition of 5th such machine in Poonch, the total tally of CRM machines in the Zone comprising of twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch reached 12.

The Bank’s Zonal Head (Rajouri) Satish Kumar inaugurated the CRM in presence of Cluster Head (Poonch) Aneet Kanwal Singh Bagee amid a gathering of valuable customers including local businessmen and residents.

Speaking on the occasion, Zonal Head said, “As part of Bank’s deepening digital footprint, the machine has been commissioned for the convenience of customers and people at large”.
“The machines will specifically cater to the needs of the people especially local businessmen of the area by streamlining manual cash-management thus saving their valuable time and efforts”, he added.

The locals especially the trade and business community thanked the Bank for its customer-friendly initiatives and commitment to facilitate better customer experience through technology-based solutions.

Notably, the self-service terminal accepts and dispenses cash thereby easing the rush at the adjacent branches besides facilitating the customers with instant cash management mechanism during business hours.
