Srinagar: After putting in their more-than-three decades of active service, presidents Fazle Mehboob Gani, Bashir Ahmad Lone and Raja Lateef Ahmad were accorded warm send-off here today on attaining superannuation on March 31.
Chairman and CEO Mushtaq Ahmad hailed their contribution and dedicated service in the evolution of Bank.
In his farewell message Fazle Mehboob Gani said, “This day coincides with a historic achievement when the bank has reached yet another milestone in its growth and developmental story. It gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction in having been actively associated with the bank on this memorable day.”
Speaking on the occasion, Bashir Ahmad Lone said, “I am satisfied that the bank all along these years has been scaling new heights and is regarded as one among the top ranking Private Sector Banks in the country.”
I thank my colleagues present and past for having extended co-operation, respect and love, which shall remain in my thoughts always and will be a link for future, he added.
Raja Lateef who retired as the Chairman J&K Grameen Bank also expressed satisfaction for being part of the organisation that has transformed the financial landscape of the state.
Meanwhile, the Bank’s Assistant Vice-president Shabir Ahmad Khan and Lead District Manager Ganderbal Masood Ahmad Khan also retired from services on March 31. Their contribution was hailed by the staff.
