JCO killed in firing along LoC in Poonch: Defence Ministry

Jammu, (KMW News): A Junior Commissioned Officer was killed in firing this afternoon along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir, a defence ministry official said.

A few rounds were fired at around 1300 hrs through the dense forests from across the LoC using Pika, RPG and UBGL in Saujiyan area of Mandi sector in Poonch, S N Acharya—Jammu based officiating Public Relations Officer, Ministry of Defence, told.
