The team also held talks with Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Bashir Ahmad Bhat. Superintendent of Police (SP) Sopore, Altaf Ahmad Khan also met the delegation on the second day of their fifth visit to Jammu and Kashmir.
Later, Padgaonkar and his team visited the residence of Manzoor Ahmad Magray, who was killed by Army in Chogul area of Handwara in the frontier Kupwara district.
The team is expected to meet the members of civil society groups, journalists and religious leaders during their visit to Valley.
