Independence Day celebrated at Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi

NEW DELHI: The officers, staff, and their families in the Pakistan High Commission, New Delhi (India) celebrated the 66th Independence Day of their motherland with traditional fervor and zeal. The day started with morning prayers at the Pakistan High Commission’s mosque for the prosperity of the country and well being of the nation. An impressive flag hoisting ceremony was held in the High Commission’s premises. Salman Bashir, High Commissioner of Pakistan to India, raised the flag to the tune of national anthem.
