Hilal War put under house arrest

Srinagar: February 14: In response to the Civil killings in South Kashmir today and Strike call given by Hurriyat Conference factions , state authorities put All Parties Hurriyat Conference (M) senior leader and Chairman, Jammu and Kashmir People’s Political Party (PPP), Engineer Hilal Ahmad War under house arrest at his Maisuma residence in order to foil protest against Pulwama Killings .
