Srinagar: People’s Political Party (PPP), Chairman, Hilal Ahmad War condemned in strong words the brutal killing of 19 year old boy, Hilal Ahmad Dar who was killed by Indian Army in a few days back. “The cold blooded murder of Bandipora youth is highly condemnable act in the eyes of civilized world,” said Hilal Ahmad War.
Mr. War termed the killings of Kashmir youth, a well thought out new genocide policy of Indian Security Forces in Kashmir. “The gruesome killing of the young boy of Aloosa Bandipora, of North Kashmir by the Indian Army in a stage managed encounter is a glaring example of Indian Genocide Policy in Kashmir. Under the new strategy and a policy framed by Home Ministry of India, the genocide carried out by Indian Occupational Forces under the instructions of Home Ministry, young boys , the fourth generation of Kashmir problem are targeted purposefully to deter the new generation of Kashmir to take the responsibilities of freedom movement,” stated Hilal Ahmad War. While paying rich tributes to slain youth Hilal Ahmad Dar, PPP Chief demanded that the perpetrators should be brought to book without any delay. He asked Indian government to stop genocide in Kashmir and punish the killer cops .”If the killer cops are not punished, the entire population of Kashmir will be constrained to go for an all out war. The Occupational Forces of India have unleashed a reign of terror in Kashmir valley in particular and have converted whole Kashmir into a slaughter house and a graveyard of human rights. He further said that Armed Forces Special Powers Act (AFSPA) and other draconian laws have given license to men in Khaki to kill innocent Kashmiri youth like animals,” stated War.
Hilal Ahmad War further stated: “By creating war situation, they cannot bypass or kill Kashmir Problem. They have but to concede the right of self-determination of the people of Kashmir sooner or later. They cannot escape from this issue. It is better and wiser to concede the right of self-determination as early as possible.” (KMW News)
