Hilal War arrested in a Nocturnal Raid

Srinagar, Oct.27, 2014: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (M), senior leader and Jammu and Kashmir People’s Political Party (PPP) Chairman, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War was arrested during a nocturnal raid by J & K Police. “J & K Police cordoned off the Maisuma residence of Engineer Hilal last night and arrested him. He has been lodged at Police Station Kothi Bagh,” the spokesman said.

A party spokesperson condemned his arrest in strong words saying it amounted to State oppression and termed the arrest as a barbaric act.
