New Delhi: One more person injured in the Delhi High Court bomb blast succumbed to his injuries today, taking the toll in the terror attack to 15.The victim, Rattan Lal (58), succumbed to his injuries at 0830 hrs at Ram Manohar Lohia hospital, hospital authorities said. The blast outside the Delhi High Court premises on September 7 left 89 others injured, of which most of the seriously injured wereadmitted to nearby RML hospital.
