Hang Kasab but also punish Samjhota culprits: Malik

ADDU: Interior Minister Rehman Malik said Thursday that Ajmal Kasab should be hanged but added that those responsible for the Samjhota Express tragedy should also be subjected to the same punishment.

Speaking to the Indian media, Malik said Kasab was a non-state actor adding that the visit of the judicial commission to Mumbai will help towards court proceedings.
Kasab the lone surviving gunman of the Mumbai attacks was handed a death sentence but the execution was stayed by the Supreme Court of India after appeal.
