Gul reviews dev works in Idgah constituency

SRINAGAR: Advisor to Chief Minister Mr. Mubarak Gul today visited Shri Maharaja Hari Singh Hospital Srinagar (SMHS) and inspected various wards and other units of the hospital besides interacting with the patients.
Mr. Gul also met block President NC, Ghulam Mohammad Lone, who has been admitted in the hospital, and enquired about his health.
Taking stock of healthcare facilities being extended to the patients in the hospital, the Advisor directed the authorities to ensure best diagnostic and treatment facilities to the ailing which is one of the priorities of present coalition government. He said that the government is endeavouring a lot to equip all the health centres of the state with latest facilities to cater to the needs of ailing people who, otherwise, had to wander in other parts of the country for these services. He also asked the people to help in maintaining discipline and cleanliness in health institutions.
Later, the Advisor visited several areas of Idgah constituency and reviewed the status of development works being executed there. He directed the executing agencies to ensure timely completion of all these works so that the purpose of the government of fast track development could be met.
Mr. Gul also visited the residence of famous poet and sufi saint, Mehmood Waza to condole the demise of one of his family members.
The Advisor also visited the residence of senior NC worker Ghulam Rasool Mota who left for heavenly abode recently and expressed sympathies with the bereaved family. He prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
