Srinagar, Jul 23 : Reacting to reports that people were ferried in ambulances to meet Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who is on a two-day visit to Kashmir to review prevailing situation, main opposition National Conference (NC) working president Omar Abdullah said the move by the government invites trouble.
“By all means organise transport for them but when the state government uses ambulances for this it invites trouble!!,” Mr Abdullah, who is the former chief minister of the state, wrote on micro-blogging site twitter.
Mr Abdullah was reacting to a tweet which read, “Imams hiding their faces in an ambulance for meeting with Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Srinagar.”
