Govt Degree College Kathua organised “Slogan Writing competition”

KATHUA: A Slogan Writing Competition on the theme “Social Evils” was organised by the N.S.S. Unit of Govt. Degree College Kathua as a part of the series of programmes during ongoing “NSS Ten Days Special Camp”.
Principal Dr. Nater Singh who presided over the function appreciated the NSS unit of the college for organizing such competition during the camp.
On the occasion, the Principal discussed about various social evils which are deteriorating the present social set up of the society. He asked the volunteer’s to aware the society about various social evils.
He appreciated the role of N.S.S. volunteers in such competitions and also preparing themselves for a greater cause of eradicating social evils from the society.
There were 40 volunteers who participated in the “Slogan Writing competition”.
The programme was organized under the guidance of N.S.S. Programme officers Dr. Suram Singh, Prof. Naresh Sharma & Prof. Kiran Bala.(KMW News)
