SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 06: The Government today attached in-charge Chief Education Officer, Baramulla, Bashir Ahmad Shah to the office of Directorate of School Education Kashmir.An order issued by School Education department in this regard reads, “Pending inquiry, Mr. Bashir Ahmad Shah, In-charge Chief Education officer, Baramulla is hereby attached in the Directorate of School Education Kashmir with immediate effect. Further, Chief Education officer, Bandipora shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Education Office, Baramulla and Principal, DIET Sopore, Baramulla, till further orders”.Further, Joint Director Education (North), Kashmir has been asked to conduct an inquiry in the matter and submit a report to the Administrative department within 15 days.The Government remains committed to the welfare of common masses as well as employees and anyone indulging in affairs of government without proper authority will face due action.
