JAMMU: Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor, hosted At Home on the occasion of the 63rd Republic Day at Raj Bhavan lawns, here this evening.
Mr. Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister, Mr. Mohammad Akbar Lone, Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mr. Amrit Malhotra, Chairman Legislative Council, several Ministers, Advisors to the Chief Minister, Legislators, leaders of various social and political organizations were among the prominent persons who attended the At Home.
The At Home was also attended by Lt. Gen. K. T. Parnaik, Army Commander, Northern Command, and senior Civil, Police and Security Forces officers, Vice Chancellors, media persons and prominent citizens from all walks of life.
The Governor and Mrs. Usha Vohra, First Lady, interacted with the invitees and exchanged Republic Day greetings and pleasantries with them.(KMW News)
