Governor administers oath to Kitchloo

JAMMU, DECEMBER 21(KMW): Mr. N. N. Vohra, Governor Jammu and Kashmir, administered the Oath of Office and Secrecy to Mr. Sajjad Ahmad Kitchloo as Minister of State at the Oath Ceremony held at Raj Bhavan here this afternoon.
