German woman rape: Cop nab convict on run

Chandigarh, Nov 14 (KMW) Chandigarh Police today rearrested the convict who jumped parole while serving life imprisonment in connection with the kidnapping and raping of a German woman in 2008.

The absconding prisoner was identified as Som Pal, who along with four others got life-term in 2009 for kidnapping and raping a German woman.
