Fresh snowfall in upper reaches, rain in plains in Kashmir

Srinagar, Feb 27 (KMW): World famous ski resort of Gulmarg and other reaches in the Kashmir valley experienced fresh snowfall, while plains, including summer capital, Srinagar, had rains resulting in more chill.

However, sun was again playing hide and seek after rains in the morning.

A Met department spokesperson said light to moderate rain or snow would occur at many places over Kashmir and Jammu regions and at isolated places over Ladakh region during the next 24 hrs.
