Former DD correspondent Shamim passes away in Srinagar

Srinagar: Former correspondent of Doordarshan, Srinagar, and noted drama and story writer Shamas uddin Shamim died here last night after a prolonged illness. He was 64 and is survived by wife, son and a daughter. According to his family members, Shamim breathed his last in the S K Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) Soura. (KMW News)
