File details about your properties, J&K HC to SMC officials

Srinagar, Nov 12 (KMW): The Jammu and Kashmir High Court today directed Srinagar Municipal Corporation (SMC) officials to file details of properties owned by them and their spouses before November 21 .

A Division Bench of the High Court, comprising justices M H Attar and A M Magrey yesterday directed the Commissioner, SMC G N Qasba to appear in person before the court alongwith property details of the officials of the Corporation today.

However, the court was informed that details about the movable and immovable properties of officials of SMC were not avilable with the corporation.
