Driver killed as truck falls into river in Rajouri

Jammu: A driver was killed when the truck he was driving plunged into a river in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir, police here said.

“The driver identified as Pushkar Nath, son of Karam Chand, resident of village Mangnar, district Poonch died on the spot late last night when his truck met with an accident and fell into a river near village Bathuni,” police this morning told.

The body of the driver has been fished out and shifted to his native place, police added.
