RINAGAR: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Samoon chaired a high level meeting to review the proposed road widening project at Pantha Chowk Srinagar.

The project has been undertaken to streamline the heavy vehicular flow towards the National Highway.
The meeting was attended by Vice Chancellor, Srinagar Development Authority, Dilshada Khan, Commandant BEACON, S.P Kohli, Chief Engineer R&B, Se PDD and Hydraulics and other officers from various line departments.
Threadbare discussions were held on various issued pertaining to land acquisition, shifting of utilities and rehabilitation of the affected shopkeepers and other people. (KMW NEWS)
