Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon was the first person to register his finger print and other details on the machine, other employees also registered their details on this high-tech attendance machine.
The installation of machine will ensure that no proxy can take place and will keep a track of the log-in and log-out of the employees, which can be used to calculate the total number of hours an employee has actually put in.
Dr. Samoon announced that incentive will be considered for employees who are regular and punctual. He said that the machine has been installed by Managing Director, Cable Car Corporation on an experimental basis.
Divisional Commissioner has directed all Heads of Departments and Deputy Commissioners to install similar type of biometric attendance machines, so that punctuality of the employees can be ensured. (KMW NEWS)
