Div Com distributes relief cheques

SRINAGAR, FEBRUARY 26: Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Dr. Asgar Hassan Samoon today distributed relief cheques among traders from Srinagar and Pulwama districts.
The government has already ordered that all flood affected traders should be compensated within the next ten days and in the initial phase only non-insured shopkeepers are being covered whose business turnover is upto Rs 5 lakhs and from Rs 5-10 lakhs.
Today the traders from Kakapora, Pulwama, Lal Chowk and Khanyar received cheques from the Divisional Commissioner.
