SRINAGAR: Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly Mr. Mubarak Gul today informed the House that he will allow a discussion on revelations made by General Retired V. K. Singh on 5th of October 2013.
This announcement was made by the Speaker in LA during Question Hour.
