Various departments also disseminated information about their schemes and extended on-the-spot services, creating a one-stop platform for villagers to access government benefits and assistance.

The camp was closely monitored by Sub Divisional Magistrate Shakar Chiktan, Dr. Sanjay Bhardwaj, who interacted with the officials and the general public to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of services. He appreciated the coordinated efforts of civil administration and the Indian Army for their joint contribution in making the programme successful.
