DFP organises awareness programme on various govt. schemes

Srinagar, January 22 : A day long awareness programme was organized by the Directorate of Field Publicity unit Srinagar along with DFP Leh in Srinagar. The programme was aimed at disseminating information on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, Swachh Bharat, Atal Pension Scheme, PM Jan Dhan Yojana, PM Jewan Jyoti Beema yojana, PM Suraksha Beema Yojana, Mission India. Speaking on the occasion, Syed Abid from J&K bank Hazratbal and Dr. Rauf from GMC Srinagar stressed upon the field functionary for awaring the rural masses about the importance of these govt. schemes.
Mohammad Sikander, Incharge DFP Srinagar stressed upon the importance of these government schemes. A large number of people from the villages including teachers, community head-members, opinion leaders etc. attended the seminar. Mementoes were also distributed among the speakers and T-shirts with DFP logo were distributed among the participants. The day long programme was concluded with a rally.
