Death toll in windstorm rises to 2 in Kashmir

Srinagar: With the death of one more person, the death toll in windstorm in Kashmir has risen to two.

Kashmir Disaster Management cell head Aamir Ali said 65- year-old Mohammad Akram Rigoo died in the Sher-e-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS) this morning.

Rigoo was injured after roof of a house collapsed at Khrew in Pulwama district due to wind storm yesterday. (KMW NEWS)
