Budgam, April 1: A complete shutdown was observed in Chadoora areas of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on the fourth consecutive day against the killing of three civilians in forces’ firing on Tuesday.
Reports said that all shops and business establishments are closed in Chadoora, Wathora and Nagam villages while public transport if off the roads.
They said that the shops had opened for sometime earlier, but were asked to close down.
