Curfew imposed in Zanaskar

Srinagar: Curfew was imposed in Zanaskar following clashes between two communities; situation is completely under control.
Police has taken cognizance of clashes between two communities in Zanaskar, Kargil. Three persons including the Tehsildar of Zanaskar were injured in the clashes, who are being shifted to Srinagar.
Curfew has been imposed in the town. The situation is under control and is being constantly monitored by civil and police administration who are camping in the town. More reinforcements have been dispatched from Srinagar to assist the administration.(KMW News)
