Complete Shutdown in Uptown Srinagar on the 29 th Anniversary of Gawkadal Massacre

Srinagar, Jan 21 (KMW): A complete shutdown is being observed in the heart of Kashmir valley in uptown Srinagar including business hub of Lal Chowk and Hari Sigh High Street. The Shutdown call was initially given by All Parties Hurriyat Conference (M), senior leader and Jammu and Kashmir, People’s Political Party (PPP), Chairman, Engineer Hilal Ahmad War as usual and then followed by JRL comprising of Syed Ali Shah Gilani , Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Mohammad Yaseen Malik to mark the 29th martyrdom anniversary of Gawkadal martyrs.
