General Raheel Sharif says Pakistan is successfully concluding Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif met German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier in Berlin on Tuesday.
On this occasion they discussed bilateral relations, regional security and peace in region.
German Foreign Minister acknowledged Pakistan’s contribution in war against terrorism and regional peace. He assured full German support to Pakistan in countering challenges it faces.
Army Chief also held an interactive session in Korber Foundation, a renowned think tank in Berlin.
He explained in detail the challenges faced by Pakistan and its efforts towards peace and stability in the region.
Army Chief said Pakistan is successfully concluding Operation Zarb-e-Azb and the armed forces have cleared entire FATA upto borders.
