Chief Minister approves ₹19.99 crore ‘Used Water Management Project’ for Ganderbal

SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 6: Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has approved the ‘Used Water Management Project’ with a dedicated outlay of ₹19.99 crore, which includes the establishment of a modern Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) for Ganderbal town.

The Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of Housing and Urban Development Department, said the project aims to ensure the scientific treatment of used water to safeguard rivers, protect the environment, and significantly improve public health and sanitation in the area.
