Although the Bank has appointed Business Correspondents through Khidmat centers to cater to unbanked villages, the customers in rural areas still prefers to have the comfort of a Physical branch at their location. Being the preferred financial institution of the state, we need to meet the expectations of the customers and open more branches wherever feasible”.

“We are steadily increasing our number of service delivery points commensurate with the growing needs of the people for better banking and financial services right near their doorstep,” he added.

Reiterating the resolve of taking banking facilities to every nook and corner of the state, he further said, “Providing modern banking services in the remote areas of the state is one of the key focus areas of our business strategy, and today’s inauguration in another step in this direction”.
