Kargil, April 11: Chairman/Chief Executive Councillor, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr. Mohd Jaffer Akhoon has extended his warm congratulations and best wishes to Hon’ble Justice Tashi Rabstan on his retirement as Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Justice Tashi Rabstan, hailing from the village of Skurbuchan in Leh, served with distinction in the judiciary for over a decade. He assumed the office of Chief Justice on September 27, 2024, and concluded his exemplary service till April 9, 2025.
CEC Dr. Akhoon acknowledged the contributions made by Justice Rabstan in strengthening the judiciary and upholding the principles of justice. “His illustrious career stands as a beacon of dedication and integrity. The people of Ladakh take immense pride in his achievements,” the CEC stated.
On behalf of LAHDC Kargil, Dr. Akhoon conveyed heartfelt gratitude for Justice Rabstan’s service and wished him continued success, good health, and happiness in all future endeavors.
