Cabinet orders transfers, postings in civil administration

SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 15: The State Cabinet which met here last evening under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Ms Mehbooba Mufti approved following transfers and postings in the Civil Administration:
1. Mr. Pramod Kumar Jain, IAS (JK:1985), Chairman, Bureau of Public Enterprises, Finance Department has been transferred and posted as Financial Commissioner, Agriculture Production Department vice Mr. Sundeep Kumar Nayak, IAS(JK:1988), who will report in the General Administration Department till further orders.
2. Mr. Gazzanfar Hussain, IAS (JK:1998), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department.
3. Ms. Sarita Chauhan, IAS(JK:1999), Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department has been transferred and posted as Chairperson, J&K Service Selection Board, relieving Mr. Gazzanfer Hussain, IAS of the additional charge.
4. Ms. Nirmal Sharma, IAS (JK:2001), Secretary to the Government, Labour and Employment Department has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Enquiries.
5. Mr. Khurshid Ahmad Shah, IAS (JK:2001), Secretary to the Government, Rural Development & Panchayati Raj Department has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department.
6. Mr. Sajjad Ahmad Khan, IAS (JK:2002), Commissioner of Enquiries has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Social Welfare Department.
7. Mr. Kifayat Rizvi, IAS (JK:2002), Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation has been transferred and posted as Secretary to the Government, Rural Development Department.
8. Mr. Shah Faisal, IAS (JK:2010), Director, School Education, Kashmir has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation.
9. Mr. Mohammad Ashraf Mir, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department shall hold the additional charge of the Administrative Secretary, Science and Technology Department till further orders.
10. Mr. Aijaz Ahmad Bhat, KAS, Additional District Development Commissioner, Srinagar has been transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Kashmir.
11. Mr. Peerzada Hafizullah Shah, KAS, Additional Director, SKIMS has been transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing Department.
12. Mr. Rafiq Ahmad Hakim, KAS, Director, Horticulture, Planning and Marketing Department has been transferred and posted as Director, Horticulture, Kashmir.
13. Ms. Babila Rakwal, KAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Jammu has been transferred and posted as Director, School Education, Jammu vice Ms. Samita Sethi, KAS, who on her return from the Child Care Leave will report in the General Administration Department for further orders.
14. Mr. Jatinder Singh, KAS, Secretary, State Vigilance Commission, has been transferred and posted as Director, Forensic Science Laboratories, relieving Mr. Khalid Jehangir, KAS Additional Secretary, Home of the additional charge.
15. Choudhary Rashid Azam Inqalabi, KAS, Special Secretary to Government, ARI and Trainings Department has been transferred and posted as CEO, IWMP.
16. Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma, KAS, CEO, IWMP has been transferred and posted as Joint Financial Commissioner, Revenue, J&K.
