Cabinet orders transfers and postings in civil administration

JAMMU: The State Cabinet which met here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has ordered transfers and postings of various IAS and KAS officers of State Government.

Principal Secretary to Governor Mr. R. K. Goyal has been transferred and posted as Principal Resident Commissioner, New Delhi relieving Additional Resident Commissioner Mr. Abdul Maajid Ganai of the additional charge of the post.
Commissioner Secretary Animal & Sheep Husbandry Department Mr. Shaleen Kabra has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary Agriculture Production Department vice Mr. Navin Kumar Choudhary. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Commissioner Secretary Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department till further orders.
Commissioner Secretary Agriculture Production Department Mr. Navin Kumar Choudhary has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary to Governor vice Mr. R. K. Goyal.
Commissioner Secretary Technical Education Mr. B. A. Roniyal holding the additional charge of Commissioner Secretary Revenue is transferred and posted as Commissioner Secretary Revenue Department on full time basis.
Mr. Farooq Ahmad Factoo awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD is posted as Secretary School Education. He shall take charge of the post on superannuation of Mrs. Naseem Lankar, Commissioner Secretary School Education, on February 29,2012.
Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants) Mr. Vinod Koul has been transferred and posted as Secretary Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports vice Mr. B. A. Roniyal.
OSD in Transport Department Mr. Shameem Ahmad Leharwal has been transferred and posted as Director Local Bodies Kashmir vice Mr. Mohammad Afzal Bhat whose adjustment order shall be issued subsequently.
Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development Department Mr. Kuldeep Lal Khajuria has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation vice Mr. Satish Chander Sawhney.
Commissioner Municipal Corporation Jammu Mr. Satish Chander Sawhney has been transferred and posted as Director Technical Education relieving Mr. Jai Pal Singh Director Youth Services and Sports of additional charge of the post.
Special Secretary Forests Department Mr. Ravinder Kumar Pandita has been transferred and posted as Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (Migrants) vice Mr. Vinod Koul.
Director SKICC Mr. G. N. Qasba has been transferred and posted as Commissioner Srinagar Municipal Corporation relieving Mr. Baseer Khan, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar of the additional charge of the post. He shall also hold the charge of the post of Vice Chairman SDA in addition to his own duties, till further orders relieving Mrs. Dilshad Khan whose adjustment order shall be issued subsequently.
The charge of the post of Director SKICC Srinagar shall be held by Director Tourism Kashmir in addition to his own duties till further orders. (KMW NEWS)
